By making your payment to access the recordings of the 2022 Digital Accessibility Legal Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Access Details
The Summit comprised two approximately half day sessions as listed on the event program page. Payment for accessing the recordings enables access to all session recordings via a password-protected link, which will remain available until December 31, 2022. (After this time, recordings access will be turned off. There is no ability to download recordings, but they can be viewed online until the end of 2022.)
The deadline for payment to access the recordings is Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11.00am Eastern Time, allowing 24 hours remaining to access the recordings.
Pricing and Payments
All fees are in US Dollars.
Payments must be made in advance via credit card payment on the event website, or via another form of payment (contact the organizers at the address below).
To get access to the recordings the fee is $295 (a $100 discount from the regular online conference registration). There is no option to pay for access to individual session recordings.
The recordings access entitles the registrant to access the files. Registrants are not permitted to share access links with other persons.
Discounts are available: The discount for government employees (local, state, federal) is 10%; The discount for Academia and Non-Profit organization employees is 20%; The discount for higher education students enrolled in a full-time or part-time course is 50%. For groups of five or more, a 10% discount can be applied using a separate invoice. Contact the organizers (details below) in advance for group registrations. Note: To be eligible for a discounted registration, the registration must use an appropriate email address (e.g., .org or equivalent for a non-profit; .gov or equivalent for government; .edu or equivalent for academia or student rates).
All fees are required to be paid in advance, either via the Accessibility Track website, or via another form of payment (e.g., PayPal invoice, invoice and check, purchase order).
Registration cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds
Registration for recordings access is non-cancellable, non-transferrable, and non-refundable.
